Tires

What is Nitrogen?

Nitrogen is a dry, inert gas used to inflate airplane tires, off-road truck tires, military vehicles tires, race car tires and EVERY bicycle in the Tour de France. The nitrogen molecule is 4 times bigger than oxygen so it leaks through the rubber much slower.

Why use Nitrogen?

Inflating tires with nitrogen can extend tire life by up to 25% and increase fuel mileage by 6%. Tests have shown that tires with nitrogen have a significant reduction in tire failure. Nitrogen also prevents wheel and tire corrosion.

How much does it cost?

Lifetime Nitro-Fill is available for all passenger cars, light trucks, SUVs, ATVs and motorcycles for a small one-time charge. Ask our staff for details.

How long does it take?

We can replace the air in your tires with 99% nitrogen in about 15 minutes. After that, topping your tires with nitrogen takes the same time as with normal air.

*Lifetime refers to the life of the tires.
